DAY 1: ARRIVAL TO HANOI & BOARD THE NIGHT TRAIN | Hanoi → Lao Cai (-/-/-)

Morning - Afternoon

Your adventure begins upon arrival at Hanoi, where our guide and driver will welcome you from your stay.

Immerse yourself immediately in the soul of the city with a guided walking tour of Hanoi's hidden corners. We will navigate the charming labyrinth of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, also known as the "36 Streets," explore the bustling Dong Xuan Market, and wander around the serene Hoan Kiem Lake, passing the historic Saint Joseph Cathedral. The tour culminates with a visit to the thrilling Hanoi Train Street. Feel the excitement as a train rumbles past just inches away while you enjoy a complimentary cup of Vietnamese coffee or a local beer.

Evening

21:00: You will be picked up from your hotel and transferred to Hanoi Train Station. 22:00: Board the overnight train to Lao Cai. Settle into your shared 4-berth cabin and let the gentle rocking of the train lull you to sleep as you journey towards the mountains.

DAY 2: SET FOOT ON THE CLOUDS | Lao Cai → Sapa (B/L/-)

Morning

06:00: Arrive at Lao Cai station. You will be greeted for the scenic 45-minute drive uphill to the mountain town of Sapa.

Enjoy a revitalizing Breakfast at a local restaurant upon arrival.
After breakfast, check into your hotel (early check-in subject to availability).

08:30: A short drive brings you to the gate of Cat Cat Village.

Discover the traditional lives of the Black H’mong people in a deep valley at the foot of Fansipan.
This 3km walk offers amazing views and a chance to see the distinctive customs of one of Sapa's most accessible hill tribe villages, complete with a beautiful waterfall. We then drive back to Sapa for Lunch.

Afternoon

Prepare to ascend to the heavens by conquering Fansipan Peak.
A short drive takes us to Hoang Lien Cable Car Station. From here, a 20-minute ride offers breathtaking views as you soar towards the 3,143m peak, "The Roof of Indochina." From the final station, it’s a 600-step climb to the summit for a triumphant moment with unforgettable panoramic vistas.

17:00: Return to your hotel. Dinner is on your own.

DAY 3: VALLEY VISTAS & THE ROAD TO HANOI | Sapa → Hanoi (B/L/-)

Morning

Enjoy Breakfast at the hotel before checking out. 08:30: Our car and guide will pick you up for a drive along the stunning Muong Hoa Valley. Trek through some of Northern Vietnam’s most famous terraced rice fields. This easy 6km walk takes you from the main road down into Lao Chai village (home of the H'mong) and through to Ta Van village (home of the Dzay). You'll visit local families, offering a rare chance to learn about their unique house architecture and daily customs.

Afternoon

Drive back to Sapa for Lunch. 14:00: Board the comfortable bus for the 6-hour drive back to Hanoi via the expressway. Relax and enjoy the stunning landscapes of Vietnam's northern mountains and hills one last time.

Evening

20:00: Arrive in Hanoi and get dropped off at your hotel to check in. Dinner is on your own.

DAY 4: SAILING INTO THE DRAGON'S BAY | Hanoi → Halong Bay (B/L/D)

Morning

Enjoy Breakfast at the hotel before checking out. 08:15 – 08:30: You will be picked up from your hotel for the scenic transfer to Halong Bay.

Afternoon

12:00 – 12:30: Arrive at the pier and be welcomed aboard your luxury cruise. Set sail upon the emerald waters of the UNESCO World Heritage Site while sipping your welcome drink. 13:00 – 14:00: A delicious Lunch is served at the restaurant on board as you cruise through thousands of limestone karsts. 15:00 – 16:30: Explore a magnificent limestone cave (e.g., Sung Sot Cave). Venture deep into the heart of the karsts to discover hidden worlds sculpted by time.

Evening

18:30 – 19:00: Attend a Cooking Class on the sundeck as twilight descends over the tranquil bay. 19:00 onwards: A special Dinner is served. Enjoy an evening of fine dining and relaxation under the stars of Halong Bay.

DAY 5: FROM BAY TO BEACH | Halong Bay → Hanoi → Da Nang (B/L/-)*

Morning

06:30 – 07:00: Start your day with coffee, tea, and a light Breakfast, followed by a refreshing Tai Chi lesson on deck. 07:45 – 09:00: Explore a local fishing village.

Experience the local way of life with a bamboo boat or kayak tour.
This is an intimate encounter with the culture of the bay, gliding past floating homes to meet the hospitable people who live in harmony with the water.

10:00: Return to the boat for check-out. A full Brunch (L)* is served as you cruise back.

Afternoon

12:00: Disembark at the pier for your transfer back towards Hanoi. 16:00: Arrive directly at Noi Bai Airport (Hanoi) for your evening flight to Da Nang. (Flight booked by guest). Upon arrival at Da Nang airport, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel.

Check into your hotel. Dinner is on your own.

DAY 6: IMPERIAL ECHOES | Da Nang → Hue → Da Nang (B/L/-)

Morning

Enjoy Breakfast at the hotel. 08:00: Depart for a full-day tour of the former imperial capital, Hue. Our journey begins with a drive over the spectacular Hai Van Pass, with a stop at the top for panoramic photos. We will also admire the beautiful coastline of Lang Co beach before arriving in Hue. 11:00: Visit the magnificent Khai Dinh Mausoleum, the final resting place of the 12th Nguyen Emperor, known for its unique fusion of Eastern and Western architectural styles.

Afternoon

12:30: Lunch at a local restaurant. 13:30: Explore the Hue Imperial City, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Step back in time as you walk through the Meridian Gate and visit the palaces of the last feudal dynasty of Vietnam. 15:00: Visit the iconic seven-story Thien Mu Pagoda, perched on the banks of the picturesque Perfume River. 16:30: Begin the scenic drive back to your hotel in Da Nang.

18:30 - 19:00: Arrive back at your hotel. Dinner is on your own.

DAY 7: A WALK ON THE GOLDEN BRIDGE | Da Nang → Ba Na Hills → Hoi An (B/L/-)

Morning

Enjoy Breakfast at the hotel before checking out. 07:30 - 08:00: Pick up from your hotel and depart for Ba Na Hills.

Take a breathtaking cable car ride up to the mountain resort, situated 1,487 meters above sea level.

09:15: Arrive and begin exploring.

Walk across the world-famous Golden Bridge, an amazing structure held aloft by two giant stone hands with heavenly views.
You will also visit the Le Jardin Gardens and the historic Bar Debay Wine Cellar.

Afternoon

12:00: Enjoy a buffet Lunch with over 70 dishes. 13:00:

Free time to enjoy the games at Fantasy Park or explore the romantic French Village.
Immerse yourself in a replica of classical France, with charming squares, cathedrals, and inns.

15:30: Return to the cable car and depart for the charming town of Hoi An. 16:30 - 17:30: Arrive and check into your hotel in Hoi An. The evening is free to explore the ancient town. Dinner is on your own.

DAY 8: COCONUTS, MARBLE & FAREWELL | Hoi An → Da Nang (B/L/-)

Morning

Enjoy Breakfast at the hotel. 08:00: A short drive takes you to Cam Thanh Coconut Village.

Experience the local way of life with a traditional basket boat ride through the serene coconut palm forest. Have fun learning to catch crabs and watching the boatmen create amazing toys from coconut leaves.
Continue to the magnificent Marble Mountains. A natural masterpiece, this cluster of five marble and limestone hills is a pilgrimage site with caves, tunnels, and temples waiting to be discovered.

Afternoon

Enjoy Lunch at a local restaurant. After lunch, we will transfer you to Da Nang Airport (Da Nang) for your departure flight, concluding your unforgettable heritage journey through Vietnam.
