Your guide will meet you at your hotel and take you for a thrilling ride through the atmospheric streets of the Old Quarter. Admire famous landmarks such as the elegant Opera House and the narrow, bustling Train Street. We then head toward the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum complex to see the President's Palace and Parliament House.

We continue our ride past Huu Hiep Lake to see the crash site of a US B-52 plane, a poignant reminder of recent history. The journey takes us along the calm and beautiful West Lake before stopping at a hidden village on an island in the Red River. Here, you can meet a resident family and learn more about local life. Enjoy a famous "egg coffee" at a local café before heading back via the historic Long Bien Bridge. The tour finishes with a hearty Lunch at a local restaurant and a transfer back to your hotel.

Enjoy a hearty Breakfast at the hotel before your guide escorts you on a trip to Ba Vi. Arriving at a local village, you'll be welcomed with a drink and snacks. Your first stop is a local tea plantation, where you will learn about the life of a tea farmer and the process of picking the best leaves. You'll then see how the tea is processed, mostly by hand, in a small, traditional workshop.

Next, we take a short drive to another village home for a hands-on cooking class. Here, a local host will teach you how to prepare authentic Vietnamese dishes. You will then enjoy the delicious meal you've prepared for Lunch in a beautiful tropical garden. After a short break, you will join your host for a walk around the village, visiting local families to understand the rural lifestyle and see how products like tofu and conical hats are made. The tour wraps up with a cycling trip through beautiful paddy fields and a traditional herbal foot soak to relax your muscles.

Morning Enjoy Breakfast at your hotel. Your tour guide will pick you up to begin your cycling adventure. We head to Ninh Hai Village to explore the rural villages and valleys by bike. You will visit a local family to see the daily life of the people here, then continue cycling on narrow trails and through beautiful green rice fields towards the Emerald Cave. Afternoon After exploring the cave, cycle through Thung Nang Valley, where you can enjoy breathtaking scenery. We continue to the Tam Coc Valley, where you will have a break and see the spectacular limestone mountains known as "Halong on land." Enjoy Lunch at a local restaurant before boarding a sampan boat at the Tam Coc dock. Take a serene boat trip down the river among the villages, mountains, and lush rice fields, gliding through magnificent caves in the limestone hills.

Enjoy Breakfast at your hotel. Today you’ll take a 3.5-hour-drive to Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of the great natural wonders of the world. Afternoon Upon arrival at the pier, you will board your cruise and be greeted with fantastic views of limestone rocks. A delicious seafood Lunch will be served on board. Afterward, relax on the sundeck and explore the Bay. The cruise will stop in a secret place where you will spend time kayaking or swimming to explore the karst grottoes up close. Evening Return to the boat for Dinner, followed by time at leisure. You can optionally join activities on the boat, such as squid fishing, or simply relax.

Rise early to view the sunrise and join a rejuvenating Tai Chi class on the sundeck. After Breakfast, we head off to visit a stunning limestone cave full of stalagmites and stalactites. After your exploration, return to the boat to check out and enjoy Brunch (L) as the cruise sails back to the harbor.*

You will be transferred to Hanoi's Noi Bai Airport for your flight to Hue. Upon arrival in Hue, you will be met and transferred to your hotel.

Cross the historic Trang Tien Bridge and head to Dong Ba Market, Hue’s oldest and largest market. Here, you'll see colorful fresh produce and get the chance to try distinctive ingredients used in regional dishes. After enjoying snacks and fresh fruit, you'll hop back on the cyclo to explore more of the city, stopping for coffee at a local café. The tour concludes at a series of local restaurants for Lunch, where you will enjoy some of the best local cuisine.

Enjoy Breakfast at your hotel. Your guide will pick you up for a day of imperial discovery. Board a dragon boat for a scenic cruise along the Perfume River to the iconic Thien Mu Pagoda. Afterward, we head to the Imperial Citadel, the vast former residence of the Nguyen Dynasty. After exploring the citadel, we visit The Royal Antiques Museum, one of the first museums in Vietnam.

Lunch at a local restaurant. In the afternoon, we visit the magnificent Emperor's Tombs.

• Emperor Khai Dinh's Tomb, famous for its unique blend of Eastern and Western architectural styles.
• Emperor Minh Mang's Tomb, a masterpiece of traditional design and harmony with nature.

On the way back, we'll stop at a Conical Hat village and an Incense stick making village to see how these famous traditional products are made.

Enjoy Breakfast at your hotel. Start your cycling trip by passing through communal houses, canals, and rice fields to the historic Thanh Toan Bridge. Upon arrival at Thuy Thanh village, you'll explore a local market and the Agricultural Museum. You are invited to join a cooking experience for Lunch with the host family, who retain their authentic, talented skills of gardening and cooking.

Afternoon

After lunch, we take a car to the An Bang cemetery, locally known as the "City of Ghosts." This unique site features incredibly ornate and elaborate tombs built by families with relatives overseas. Later, we drive to An Truyen village to embark on a motor sampan to visit Dam Chuon, part of the Tam Giang lagoon. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, visit a local fisherman's family, and learn how to catch fish in a unique local way.

Enjoy Breakfast and relish your remaining moments in Hue. Your private driver will escort you to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Upon arrival at Tan Son Nhat Airport, another driver will transfer you to your accommodation in the city center. The rest of the day is free at your leisure.

Enjoy Breakfast at your hotel and depart for Cai Be in the Mekong Delta. Upon arrival at the harbor, you will take a boat trip to your accommodation, the Mekong Lodge. After check-in and Lunch, you will take a bike tour around the neighborhood to enjoy the countryside views. You can also visit the Kim Phuoc Pagoda and a local market.

Evening

After some rest, you will join a cooking lesson in the evening, followed by a delicious Dinner.

Enjoy Breakfast before meeting your guide for a boat trip to the Cai Be floating market. See local life in action as vendors trade fruits and vegetables from their boats. Get back to your resort for Lunch.

Afternoon

After lunch, take a bike trip to Tan Phong island to visit some local handicraft villages. You will see how locals make banana-leaf hammocks and products from water hyacinth. Enjoy fresh fruit and Vietnamese folk music. Then, take a small rowing boat to ride through the island's narrow canals.

Evening

Return to the resort for some rest and Dinner.
