Twenty-three years, one way of working

In 2003, we started Asia Sun in a small office on Ly Thuong Kiet Street, Hanoi, with a simple belief: a good journey is not measured by the number of sights, but by what travellers bring home.

Over more than twenty years, travel has been through many seasons. There were years when the whole world closed its doors. During that time, together with colleagues across the industry, we proposed the "travel bubble" model so that safe regions could welcome visitors again. We learned that our work is not only to take people somewhere, but to keep each journey whole, even when everything around it changes.

From our first corporate groups to international events such as the APEC CEO Summit 2017, one thing has stayed the same: we put the traveller at the centre. We do not only promise quality of service. We want every guest to have an experience tailored to them alone.

We never tell the stories of those who travelled with us unless they allow it. We simply hope that each journey becomes a shared memory they still talk about together, many years later.
