Privacy policy

Asia Sun Travel respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect when you send us a message, what we use it for, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.

1. Information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to enter in the contact form: your name, phone number, email address (optional) and your message about the journey you have in mind, together with your consent for us to contact you.

With each message, the system records the time it was sent, the page it was sent from and the version of the consent text in force. To prevent spam, we store a one-way encrypted identifier derived from your IP address; the original IP address is not stored.

We never ask for passport numbers, payment details or sensitive data through the website. Information needed for your journey is exchanged directly with your travel designer once you have decided to travel.

2. How we use it

Your information is used only to contact you, understand your wishes and design your journey. If you leave an email address, we send one email to confirm that your message has arrived.

We do not use this information for advertising, and we will not add you to any mailing list unless you ask us to.

3. Sharing information

Your message is passed to Asia Sun Travel's internal operations system so that your travel designer can receive it and reply. Only staff who need it can see this information.

We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties for commercial purposes. Once your journey is confirmed, some necessary details are passed to service providers (airlines, hotels, visa authorities) with your consent, and only as far as that service requires.

The website relies on a few infrastructure providers to operate safely: a content protection and delivery service, an anti-spam service for the form, and the company's mail server. These providers process data only for their technical function.

4. Storage and security

Information is stored on servers managed by Asia Sun Travel and transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to the administration area is limited by role and protected by several layers of security.

Personal information in your message (name, phone, email, message) is deleted from the website 90 days after the request has been passed to our internal system or has been handled. Messages identified as spam are permanently deleted after 30 days. Statistics that cannot identify individuals may be kept longer.

5. Your rights

You have the right to know what information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, to withdraw your consent and to ask us to delete it, in accordance with Vietnamese law on personal data protection.

To exercise these rights, simply send us a request using the contact details in section 7. We will reply as soon as possible and do not charge for reasonable requests.

6. Cookies

The website does not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. Page views are measured with a tool that sets no cookies and does not identify individuals.

The website may use a functional cookie to remember your language choice, and the anti-spam service may set a strictly necessary technical cookie when you send the form. These cookies are never used for advertising.

This policy may be updated when the way we work changes. Each update is a new version with its own effective date, and previous versions remain available for you to read.
